HIRING
Interviews and scorecards
Plan interviews from the vacancy's plan, agree a time, and let each interviewer score on their own.
Plan an interview
On an open application, choose Plan an interview. Pick the Interview from the vacancy's plan, list the Interviewers (emails, comma separated), offer up to three proposed times and a location or video link, then press Propose interview.
Each interviewer ticks the Times I can attend and presses Save my availability. The candidate answers through a private availability link, which you include in an approved message. When a time suits everyone, choose the Confirmed time and press Schedule.
Download calendar invitation (.ics) gives a standard calendar file to add to any calendar. Lodge sends no invitations itself.
Write a scorecard
Each interviewer rates every criterion of the application's rubric from 1 to 4 (or leaves it blank if they did not assess it), writes the evidence for each rating, gives a Recommendation and presses Save scorecard. Ticking Submit (you cannot change it afterwards) makes it final.
Your private interview notes are visible only to you.
Release feedback
Each scorecard stays private to its author until the manager releases feedback. Until then nobody else, the manager included, can read it. Press Release feedback to the panel once everyone has submitted; releasing earlier needs a reason.
The Overview shows who has not yet submitted under Coordination.
