HIRING
Applications
Take applications from your page or add candidates yourself, then move each one through your stages with a reason.
The application page
/jobs lists your published vacancies. Each page works without JavaScript,
labels every field, shows your accommodation contact and the current privacy
notice, and gives the applicant a receipt. Answers about adjustments and
voluntary monitoring are kept as restricted records that only the owner and
hiring admins can see.
Add a candidate yourself
Under Candidates, use Add candidate for a referral or someone you met. Record their Source (where they came from), the Basis for keeping their details and a Note about consent, link them to a vacancy with Apply to vacancy, and attach their files. Downloads always return the original file.
One person can hold applications for several vacancies. When two records look like the same person (same email, phone or name), Lodge lists them under Possible duplicates with the reason. Nothing is merged until a person decides.
Move an application
Open Applications and press Open on a row. The application shows its History: every stage move with who made it, when and why.
To move it, choose Move to and give a Reason (kept in the history). Closing it as Not progressing or Candidate withdrew also needs a reason. If two people move the same application at once, only one move is kept and the history stays one unbroken chain.
Assign reviewers
Reviewers (emails, comma separated) chooses who may read the application. Interviewers see only the applications they are assigned to, without contact details or restricted documents.
Next: Interviews and scorecards.
